. WHY? (Build your own business? or for income? or for long term achievement).
. Your why should be as strong so that you can work "Consistently".
. Your failure become , your step to success.

Are you a Non skill person or skill person?
if non skill person but you use resource or tool to overcome this problem but you will have then different way then the skill person.
3. Best person is the one who know the market and can utilize resources.
4. Still you can't achieve freelancing goal if you are not doing marketing.
5. Then you need to analyse. Where is the conversion. ROI. You need to work on stats.
6. Then you need to look for you team. Team is the key element. ( Salary, how many resources?)
7. Before hiring you should have at least 3 months salary backup.
8. Investment.
